01 Delete in the app
- Open Try On AI and sign in.
- Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account and data.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
If the app asks you to sign in again first, that's a security check: sign in, then repeat the steps.
02 Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app, email support@dskysolution.com with the subject Delete my Try On AI account, from the email address you signed in with. We'll confirm by email and delete your account and data within 30 days.
03 What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name and account ID.
- Any photos you allowed us to keep to help improve Try On AI.
- Results you reported, with the photos sent along for review.
- Your saved looks, uploaded clothes and saved photo. These are stored only on your phone and are removed when you delete your account in the app or uninstall it.
Photos used to create a try-on are processed to make the result and are not stored on our servers, unless you report that result: then a copy is kept for up to 30 days for review.
04 What is kept, and for how long
- Daily try-on and reward counters (used to prevent abuse) expire on their own within 48 hours.
- Crash reports and app analytics are kept by Google Firebase for a limited time under its retention settings. They carry your deleted account ID, never your name, email or photos.
- Shop statistics: if you tried on items from a shop's QR code, the shop sees only totals. Those totals keep counting your earlier try-ons, but they can't be linked back to you.
- Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob under Google's policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings › Privacy › Ads.
05 Delete photos only
To delete photos you shared to help improve Try On AI without deleting your account, turn off Help improve TryOn AI in Profile › Privacy & data. They are deleted from our servers straight away, and any we couldn't reach are deleted automatically within 30 days.
