Please read these Terms carefully before using Try On AI. They define user obligations, intellectual property rights, AI acceptable use rules, and limitations of liability.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Try On AI mobile application ("App") developed and published by DSky Solution ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Try On AI, you signify your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to every provision, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue all use of the application.

02 Eligibility & Accounts

  • Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Try On AI.
  • Account Registration: When signing in with Google or Email, you agree to maintain the security of your credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
  • Personal Use: The service is provided for your personal, non-commercial virtual fashion previewing.

03 AI Acceptable Use & Conduct

Try On AI utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to synthesize clothing onto user images. You agree to strictly abide by ethical standards:

🚫 Prohibited Conduct
  • Uploading images of other individuals without their explicit written consent.
  • Uploading or generating sexually explicit, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.
  • Creating deceptive deepfakes or impersonating any person or entity.
  • Attempting to attack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload our AI inference servers.
  • Engaging in automated or fraudulent ad-clicking behaviors.

04 Intellectual Property Rights

  • User Content: You retain all ownership rights in the photos you provide. You grant DSky Solution a limited, royalty-free license solely to process and deliver the virtual fitting requested.
  • App Rights: The code, UI, software architecture, branding, and proprietary assets of Try On AI are the exclusive intellectual property of DSky Solution.
  • Fashion Garments: Garment imagery from brands or third-party catalogs are used for virtual simulation purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

05 In-App Advertisements & Third Parties

Try On AI is supported by advertisements served through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). By using the application, you agree to the display of banners, interstitial video ads, and native ad units.

We do not endorse and are not liable for the content, goods, or services offered by third-party advertisers.

06 Disclaimers of Warranties & Liability

Virtual Simulation Disclaimer: Try On AI provides generative AI visualizations. Simulated garment fittings are digital approximations and may differ from physical real-world clothing fit, drape, texture, and color.

"AS IS" Basis: The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will DSky Solution be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

07 Termination & Governing Law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to DSky Solution, without regard to conflicting statutory provisions.
