This Privacy Policy outlines how DSky Solution ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Try On AI mobile application ("App") available on Google Play.
We are committed to full compliance with Google Play Developer policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and global digital privacy standards.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your photos, body measurements, or personal biometric data to any advertising exchanges, data brokers, or external entities.
02 Data We Collect
To provide high-fidelity AI garment fitting, we collect specific data categories:
1. Images and Photos
When you utilize the virtual try-on feature, you upload or capture a photo of yourself and select clothing items. These images are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections to our AI inference cluster solely to generate the garment composite.
2. Account & Identity
If you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In or Email, we collect your email address, display name, and unique authentication identifier via Firebase Authentication to synchronize your saved outfits, wardrobe, and preferences.
3. Device & Network Telemetry
We collect non-sensitive diagnostic information including device model, operating system version (Android), preferred language, and anonymous crash telemetry through Firebase Crashlytics to optimize application stability.
03 Google Advertising ID (AAID) & AdMob Disclosures
Try On AI integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to serve advertisements, enabling free access to virtual try-on features. Google AdMob utilizes the Google Advertising ID (AAID / GAID) for the following operational purposes:

Purposes of Processing Advertising Identifiers:
- Frequency Capping: Limiting the repetition of interstitial video advertisements.

- Fraud Prevention: Detecting automated bot clicks and invalid traffic to safeguard ad network integrity.
You can manage your Google Advertising ID on Android at any time:
- Go to Settings on your Android device.
- Tap Google → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
- Tap "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
04 AI Virtual Fitting & Image Retention
Our virtual try-on technology relies on specialized generative visual pipelines:
- Ephemeral In-Memory Processing: Uploaded images sent to the inference engine are kept in volatile memory only during rendering and are not permanently archived on AI inference servers.
- No Biometric Surveillance: The system does not create facial recognition vectors, biometric databases, or government identification correlations.
- Local Device Control: Saved try-on results are stored in your device's private application storage and can be deleted whenever you choose.
