01 Delete in the app
- Open TryOn Business and sign in.
- Tap Shop in the bottom bar.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Confirm with Google and delete, and choose your Google account. Your account is deleted straight away.
Choosing your Google account is a security check, so nobody else can delete your shop from your phone.
02 Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app, email support@dskysolution.com with the subject Delete my TryOn Business account, from the email address you sign in with. Include your shop name or shop code. We'll confirm by email and delete your account and data within 30 days.
03 What is deleted
- Your sign-in account: name, email address, account ID and password.
- Your shop details: name, phone, WhatsApp number, city, address and GSTIN.
- Every item and all their photos.
- All scan and try-on stats.
Your printed QR tags stop working, and shoppers who scan them see "not available". If you sign up again later, you'll get a new shop code and need new tags.
04 What is kept, and for how long
- Your old QR codes are kept with nothing attached (no name, items or details), so they are never given to another shop.
- Payment records (plan, amount, GST, date), if you paid for a plan, are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, currently up to 8 years.
- Server backups may hold copies for a short time before they are overwritten automatically.
05 Delete items only
To remove some items without deleting your account, open the item in Items, then tap Delete. Its photos are deleted straight away, and its tag then says "not available". To stop shoppers seeing an item for now, turn off Show to shoppers instead.
